Processing and Shipping Times

Processing times on products vary.

Usually, shipping days are Tuesday and Thursday. Please contact me if you are concerned about the timing of an order.

Estimated shipping times

• Australia : 1 - 4 business days
• North America : 7 - 14 business days
• Europe :  7 - 14 business days

I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose and your specific location.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Please be aware of your import limits. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Exchanges and Refunds 

In the case of a change of mind or if you request a full refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges for online orders) will only be refunded when the item is returned in the original condition. 

I cannot offer refunds or exchanges for any digital items.
